How to create an account & how to login

Your Client Account is usually created for you by your accountant

  • You will only need to activate your account and create a password

  • Open the invitation email and click the activate account link

  • Create a password (at least 8 characters)

    • capital letter

    • number

  • Click SUBMIT

  • Click OK

  • To get access to your Client Portal, sign in with your email and password

  • On the first page you will see your dashboard with notification of important update such as the following:

    • Messages

    • Unpaid Bills

    • Unread Documents

    • Contact Info of Accounting Firm (right side of the dashboard)

    • TaxDome navigation bar (left side of the dashboard)

  • NAVIGATION BARS

  1. Document

    • Upload your documents

    • Signed the documents that were prepared for you

  2. Messages and Task

    • Ask your accountant any questions

    • Answer their request

    • Complete task that were assigned to you by your accountant

  3. Organizer

    • This is where you find a set of questions needed for preparing your documents

  4. Contracts

    • This is where you signed costume engagement letters, used to define, scope of engagement between you and the firm

  5. Invoice

    • Pay your bills

    • Review Payments

  6. Settings

    • You can add additional users to your account if needed

    • For convenience, You can also download the TaxDome mobile App to your phone by clicking the icon on the "download apps" on the left side of the setting page.
