How to create an account & how to login
Your Client Account is usually created for you by your accountant
You will only need to activate your account and create a password
Open the invitation email and click the activate account link
Create a password (at least 8 characters)

Click OK
To get access to your Client Portal, sign in with your email and password
On the first page you will see your dashboard with notification of important update such as the following:
Messages
Unpaid Bills
Unread Documents
Contact Info of Accounting Firm (right side of the dashboard)
TaxDome navigation bar (left side of the dashboard)
NAVIGATION BARS
Document
Upload your documents
Signed the documents that were prepared for you
Messages and Task
Ask your accountant any questions
Answer their request
Complete task that were assigned to you by your accountant
Organizer
This is where you find a set of questions needed for preparing your documents
Contracts
This is where you signed costume engagement letters, used to define, scope of engagement between you and the firm
Invoice
Pay your bills
Review Payments
Settings
You can add additional users to your account if needed
For convenience, You can also download the TaxDome mobile App to your phone by clicking the icon on the "download apps" on the left side of the setting page.
