How to complete an organizer
Whenever your accountant might need some essential information from you, they can send you an "Organizer" which you can then fill out and submit.
This organizers are custom made and they will include all the questions that your accountant need answered.
when you received an organizer, you will also received an email notification about it and you can see a notification on the dashboard of your client portal.
Click on the notification, or go to the organizer page if you want to see all the Organizers that were sent to you.
If the accountant has unabled the option , you will also be able to create an organizer yourself by using one of thier available templates
Once you open an organizer, you can start filling in your answers.
Your progress will automatically saved as you work on the organizer so you wont loose progress only if you have to continue at a different time or you experience some technical difficulties
All the answers that you enter can also be edited afterwards as many times as necesarry.
There are various types of questions that can be set up in an organizer and one of them is the “file upload type”
Your accountant may ask you for some needed documents and you can directly upload them into the organizer by clicking on the “upload” botton
you will have the choice to either attached documents which already have been uploaded to TAXDOME or upload new ones from your computer
If you're uploading from your computer, you will be able to choose individual files that you wish to upload by clicking "add documents" or if you want to upload an entire folders contents, click on "Add Folder"
Once you have entered all your answers and uploaded all your documents you have to, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see two options;
1. Save and submit - Marked organizer as completed and get notification about completion
2. Save as draft - Save the changes you made and continue to make adjustments at the later time.
